Radical Self Acceptance IS the act of embracing every aspect of yourself STRENGTHS & WEAKNESS.
Felicia & Terra will guide you through a morning of Yoga movement, Insightful Breathwork and Meditation. We will then take a deeper dive into topics such as
Forgiveness
Compassion
Mindfulness
Surrender &
JOY!
Radical acceptance is about accepting life on life’s terms and not resisting what you cannot or choose not to change. Radical acceptance is about saying yes to life, just as it is.
