Jumpstart your Energy w/Reiki




Beloved Friends:



I tell you what, some days are just a doozy. We have all been there, you wake up, you set those good intentions, you meditate, pray and go into the day with the mentally of Good things will happen and I am on top of my game.


Then Boom! Things go haywire, schedules change, deadlines become shorter, kids are sick… you get it, a Whole myriad of “regular day occurrences.” By day's end, you can feel it; batteries are running low.


The battery of us is our ENERGY system. The life force of you. In Reiki, this is defined as the KI. On our own, we can only have so much KI. We can stimulate Ki with things such as:


  • Live and Healthy Foods

  • Exercise

  • Breathwork

  • Loving and Joy filled thoughts


Here’s another option to explore!


With Reiki we can access the Source of KI. The universe itself and use this practice to give us a spiritual and energetic JUMPSTAR.


An analogy I teach in how Reiki works is similar to giving a car battery a jumpstart and bringing it back to life.

Each morning, since 2009, when I first became attuned to Reiki, I jumpstart my days with this powerful Universal Energy. This simple practice gives me the Boost I need to have energy for my day and for MYSELF. This practice keeps my batteries charged and supports me while moving through my daily life.



It is easy to learn and even easier to practice technique. You need no special background or prerequisites to learn it. Anyone of any age can be taught.
