The Holy Shift: How Stillness Became My Superpower

Greetings Soul Seekers,
Man oh man… what a year 2025 has been.
I entered this year on a high note with the release of my book, Virtues of Divinity. After a full year of devotion—early mornings, quiet writing hours, and pouring my heart into a passion project—I felt wrapped in divine flow. This was my second book in ten years, and I could feel the expansion. I felt alive. I felt aligned. I felt like I was growing.
And then…
Life LIFED.
As midyear rolled in, everything shifted—quickly and unexpectedly.
I experienced an abrupt move from a home I deeply loved. I opened my space and heart to a friend in need. Momentum slowed. Alignments shifted—fast. Within a two-week window, I had moved, taken on the role of caregiver for a housemate with physical challenges, and then my body responded to the stress with a two-month bout of COVID and pneumonia.
My nervous system was overwhelmed. My body was asking for attention. My soul felt… stuck.
I prayed. I asked God what to do.And the only answer that came was simple, quiet, unwavering:
“Be still and know.”
There was no guidance about where to go. No next-step map. Just silence. At first, I resisted it.
Am I not clear enough?Am I missing something?Am I not listening deeply enough?
So instead of running from the silence, I went into it. I leaned into the stuckness. I allowed it to become stillness. And that’s when it happened.
The HOLY Shift.
The one I’ve been speaking about.The moment where struggle softens and faith deepens.The place where you stop forcing… and start trusting.
At first, not much appeared to change externally. But internally, something ancient and steady began to rise. A deeper light. A quieter knowing.
From my 20+ years walking this spiritual path, I’ve learned this truth:
Stillness is alignment.Stillness is the place where you stop pushing and start allowing.Stillness is where miracles prepare themselves. And then—unexpectedly—miracles unfolded.
God made a way for me to leave the place we moved into during the summer, a space that never truly aligned with my work or spirit. At the same time, a home in Destin opened—one that supports prosperity, purpose, and peace.
I am here now. My housemate has grown stronger and returned to self-sufficiency.My body is healing.My spirit feels light again. This new space is my heart home.
I see divine light within me and all around me. I feel better than I have in quite some time. The miracles the Angels whispered about for months are finally materializing.
And here is the formula the Angels shared with me for the HOLY Shift:
Stuckness → Stillness → Clarity → Creation
