Distance Reiki can be sent to anyone, anywhere and at any time. Reiki is the study of energy and through the Attunement that is received during a training the practitioner learns how to transcend time and space. To connect with others at a distance. As much as we understand this in technology, our TVs work without people behind the wall. Our phones connect us in an instant to anyone, anywhere in the world, there is often a push back to this principle.
How can I heal or assist someone to heal from a distance?
When this concept was first introduced in my Reiki 2 training I was skeptical. How? Well, the first thing I had to transcend was the limitations of my own mind and my own understanding of each of us being
PURE ENERGY. We are not as solid as we seem.
The Ki, the life force within us is actually where it all starts. The way we see energy is the physical formation of it.. THE PURE ENERGY as Felicia.
In addition to our physical bodies, we have an energy body made up of the aura (energy fields), the chakras (energy centers) and the meridians (energy pathways). This is what is defined as our subtle anatomy. Just like our physical body that ingests food for nourishment and energy, our energy body does the same.The energy fields allow the body to take in energy, the chakras break it down, and the meridians carry the energy throughout the body.
A Reiki session can help us connect spiritually and energetically. These sessions can be done in person or at a distance. Reiki sessions performed over distance are effective since energy does not have a distance limit. Our interconnectedness stems from the fact that we are all energy matter and part of a greater whole.
In the Level 2 Reiki training, practitioners are taught about the distance symbol, called Hon Sha Ze Sho Nen, which is utilized to cross any distance in space or time.It is similar to the concept of Prayer. I call it
Prayer infused with the Super Healing Powers of Reiki!
Distance Reiki works based on an ancient principle called the Hermetic Law of Similarity, which asserts that we are all connected since each of us is made of energy and is a part of a larger whole.
WE ARE PURE ENERGY!
The practitioner can use this law to link up with an individual’s energy field during a distance Reiki session. In other words, it is a way to provide distance Reiki to the recipient without the recipient physically being present.
Have you ever sent positive energy or a prayerful thought to someone in need? Of course you have! We all do it. Don’t underestimate our ability to affect others at a distance, it happens everyday all around you.
The next time you “feel” something as you read a text, open your social media, know that the LAW of Similarity is in effect. This can be the text that says I love you and you connect to the love or it is the negative thing posted that you feel just the same as if the individual said it directly to you in person.
For me, practicing distance Reiki no longer pushes the limits of mind. I have pushed past that skepticism.
I know we are PURE ENERGY.
I know we are CONNECTED.
I know distance Reiki WORKS.
I train people at a distance, connect with them virtually to heal on many levels.
