You will need:

Pen & paper
Steps:
Write a letter to the person, situation, or version of yourself you're ready to release.
Read it aloud under the moonlight or with eyes closed.
Say: “I release this with love. I choose freedom.”
Burn or submerge the letter. Let the smoke or water transmute the pain into peace.
Close by placing hands over your heart. Whisper: “I forgive. I am free.”
